The challenge
To reposition this small seaside hotel group to change perceptions and give it an ambitious platform for expansion.
With three South Coast hotels already acquired, Harbour Hotels approached us to work with them to build a brand capable of adding a further 10 properties to their portfolio. A new core identity to appeal to a broader, more aspirational audience. This was quickly followed by the creation of identities and subsequent roll out of promotions and menus for the hotels’ stylish restaurants and bars - The Gate, The Long Bar, The Gold Bar, Harbour Café and HarBar on 6th.
We also designed the identity and product packaging for a premium spa brand ‘HarSpa’ and created all visual touchpoints throughout the customer journey - in-room, reception, brochures and leaflets, product packaging, stationery, digital collateral and external signage.
